Pickle Eating Contest (Fri.)
5 minutes to eat as many dill pickle spears as you can. The winner will receive a custom Championship Primal Mug and a free one-year membership to the Primal Mug Club!
Rollin’ Woodfired Pizza (Fri.)
One of Primal’s favorite food truck partners. True, woodfired, brick oven pizza - with a Texas flare and a pickle twist available.
Pickle Juice Chug-Off (Fri.)
It’s a pint of pickle juice. Easy, right? Fastest chug wins. A custom Championship Primal Mug and a $50 Primal gift card is up for grabs!
Primal Pickle Hunt (Fri. & Sat.)
Primal Pickles will be hidden at participating businesses throughout Abilene. If you find one during Pickle Fest, you can bring it to Primal and claim a free Pickle Fest t-shirt. Find a Primal Pickle after Pickle Fest is over? It still counts! Bring it in anytime after the festival and trade it for a $10 Primal gift card.
Pickle Competition (Sat.)
Do you make pickles at home or for your business? Sign up for our competition and get sampled and scored by attendees. The pickle with the highest score will be exclusively featured in a special batch of Primal’s pickle beer.
Vendor Fair (Sat.)
Artisans, food vendors and growers, artists, and other pickle-themed product makers from all over Texas setup and show off what they have to offer!

You can choose to pick up your shirt at Primal before or during Pickle Fest - or we will ship it to you the week before Pickle Fest starts (if you order in time). If you’d like to be a vendor at the 2025 Primal Pickle Fest, please complete the form below. This form is used to reserve a spot in the vendor fair, participate in the Primal Pickle Hunt, or be a food vendor on location for the Vendor Fair on Saturday, November 15th.
